Whoever passes through any of our mosques or markets with arrows with him, he should hold them by their heads lest he injures any of the Muslims with them
Abu Mūsa al-Ash‘ari (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever passes through any of our mosques or markets with arrows with him, he should hold them by their heads (blades) lest he injures any of the Muslims with them."
If you insist on sitting there, then give the road its due rights. They said: What are its rights? He said: Lowering the gaze, refraining from doing harm (to others), returning the greeting, enjoining what is good, and forbidding what is evil
Abu Sa‘īd al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Beware! Avoid sitting on the roads." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, we cannot help sitting there, as these are our places where we talk to one another." He said: "If you insist on sitting there, then give the road its due rights." They said: "What are its rights?" He said: "Lowering the gaze, refraining from doing harm (to others), returning the greeting, enjoining what is good, and forbidding what is evil."
Why do you sit in pathways? Avoid sitting in pathways
Abu Talhah Zayd ibn Sahl (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: We were sitting in the yards and talking when the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) came. He stopped by us and said: "Why do you sit in pathways? Avoid sitting in pathways!" We said: "We sit for no harm whatsoever. We sit to discuss and talk." He said: "If you have to, then fulfill their rights: Lowering the gaze, returning the greeting, and speaking fairly."
إن المرأة تقبل في صورة شيطان وتدبر في صورة شيطان
عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى امْرَأَةً، فَأَتَى امْرَأَتَهُ زَيْنَبَ، وَهِيَ تَمْعَسُ مَنِيئَةً لَهَا، فَقَضَى حَاجَتَهُ، ثُمَّ خَرَجَ إِلَى أَصْحَابِهِ، فَقَالَ: «إِنَّ الْمَرْأَةَ تُقْبِلُ فِي صُورَةِ شَيْطَانٍ، وَتُدْبِرُ فِي صُورَةِ شَيْطَانٍ، فَإِذَا أَبْصَرَ أَحَدُكُمُ امْرَأَةً فَلْيَأْتِ أَهْلَهُ، فَإِنَّ ذَلِكَ يَرُدُّ مَا فِي نَفْسِهِ»
اعزل الأذى عن طريق المسلمين
عَنْ أَبي بَرْزَةَ قَالَ: قُلْتُ: يَا نَبِيَّ اللهِ عَلِّمْنِي شَيْئًا أَنْتَفِعُ بِهِ، قَالَ: «اعْزِلِ الْأَذَى عَنْ طَرِيقِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ».
