The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the woman who adds hair extensions and the one who asks for it to be added, and the woman who tattoos and the one who asks to be tattooed
‘Abdullah ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) reported: The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the woman who adds hair extensions and the one who asks for it to be added, and the woman who tattoos and the one who asks to be tattooed.
‘Abdur-Rahmān ibn ‘Awf and Az-Zubayr ibn al-‘Awwām (may Allah be pleased with both of them) complained of lice to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him)
Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: ‘Abdur-Rahmān ibn ‘Awf and Az-Zubayr ibn al-‘Awwām (may Allah be pleased with both of them) complained of lice to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) during one of the battles, and so he granted them a concession to wear a silk shirt, and I saw them wearing that.
Indeed, silk is worn by him who has no share (in the Hereafter)
‘Umar ibn al-Khattāb (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, silk is worn by him who has no share." According to the version of Al-Bukhāri: "... who has no share in the Hereafter."
Theseits women
‘Ali ibn Abi Tālib (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) took silk in his right hand and gold in his left hand and then lifted them with his hands and said: "Theseits women."
Shave it all or leave it all
Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) saw a boy who had part of his head shaved and part left unshaven, so he forbade them from doing this, and said: "Shave it all or leave it all."
If the strap of the sandal of one of you breaks, let him not walk in the other sandal until he fixes it
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that he heard the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) say: "If the strap of the sandal of one of you breaks, let him not walk in the other sandal until he fixes it."
Change this and avoid black
Jābir (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: Abu Quhāfah, father of Abu Bakr As-Siddīq (may Allah be pleased with him), was brought on the day of the Conquest of Makkah with his head and beard as white as Thaghāmah (a white plant). Therefore, the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Change this and avoid black."
Do not pluck out grey hair, for it is the light of the Muslim on the Day of Judgment
‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb (may Allah be pleased with him) reported from his father and grandfather that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not pluck out grey hair, for it is the light of the Muslim on the Day of Judgment.”
لا تقبل صلاة لامرأة تطيبت لهذا المسجد حتى ترجع فتغتسل غسلها من الجنابة
عن أبي هريرة أنه لقيتْه امرأةٌ وجد منها ريحَ الطيب، ولِذَيلها إعصارٌ، فقال: يا أمة الجبار، جئتِ من المسجد؟ قالت: نعم. قال: وله تطيبتِ؟ قالت: نعم. قال: إني سمعت حبي أبا القاسم صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: "لا تقبل صلاة لامرأة تطيبت لهذا المسجد حتى ترجع فتغتسل غسلها من الجنابة".
Do not prevent the female servants of Allah from (going to) the mosques of Allah, but let them go out without perfume and unadorned
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Do not prevent the female servants of Allah from (going to) the mosques of Allah, but let them go out without perfume and unadorned."
أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم رخص لعبد الرحمن بن عوف والزبير في قميص من حرير من حكة كانت بهما
عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَخَّصَ لِعَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَالزُّبَيْرِ فِي قَمِيصٍ مِنْ حَرِيرٍ، مِنْ حِكَّةٍ كَانَتْ بِهِمَا.
ارجع إلى ثوبك فخذه، ولا تمشوا عراة
عَنِ الْمِسْوَرِ بْنِ مَخْرَمَةَ قَالَ: أَقْبَلْتُ بِحَجَرٍ أَحْمِلُهُ ثَقِيلٍ وَعَلَيَّ إِزَارٌ خَفِيفٌ، قَالَ: فَانْحَلَّ إِزَارِي وَمَعِيَ الْحَجَرُ لَمْ أَسْتَطِعْ أَنْ أَضَعَهُ حَتَّى بَلَغْتُ بِهِ إِلَى مَوْضِعِهِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «ارْجِعْ إِلَى ثَوْبِكَ فَخُذْهُ، وَلَا تَمْشُوا عُرَاةً».
يعمد أحدكم إلى جمرة من نار فيجعلها في يده
عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَأَى خَاتَمًا مِنْ ذَهَبٍ فِي يَدِ رَجُلٍ، فَنَزَعَهُ فَطَرَحَهُ، وَقَالَ: «يَعْمِدُ أَحَدُكُمْ إِلَى جَمْرَةٍ مِنْ نَارٍ، فَيَجْعَلُهَا فِي يَدِهِ»، فَقِيلَ لِلرَّجُلِ بَعْدَ مَا ذَهَبَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: خُذْ خَاتِمَكَ انْتَفِعْ بِهِ، قَالَ: لَا وَاللهِ، لَا آخُذُهُ أَبَدًا وَقَدْ طَرَحَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
اتخذ خاتمًا من فضَّةٍ نقشه: محمَّدٌ رسول الله
عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: كَتَبَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كِتَابًا -أَوْ أَرَادَ أَنْ يَكْتُبَ- فَقِيلَ لَهُ: إِنَّهُمْ لَا يَقْرَؤُونَ كِتَابًا إِلَّا مَخْتُومًا، فَاتَّخَذَ خَاتَمًا مِنْ فِضَّةٍ، نَقْشُهُ: مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ، كَأَنِّي أَنْظُرُ إِلَى بَيَاضِهِ فِي يَدِهِ، فَقُلْتُ لِقَتَادَةَ مَنْ قَالَ: نَقْشُهُ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ: أَنَسٌ.
مَن كان له شَعرٌ فليكرمه
عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ كَانَ لَهُ شَعْرٌ فَلْيُكْرِمْهُ»
لا تركبُوا الخَزَّ ولا النِّمارَ
عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلّى الله عليه وسلم: «لَا تَرْكَبُوا الْخَزَّ وَلَا النِّمَارَ»، قَالَ: وَكَانَ مُعَاوِيَةُ لَا يُتَّهَمُ فِي الْحَدِيثِ عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لم يكن يترك في بيته شيئا فيه تصاليب إلا نقضه.
أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَمْ يَكُنْ يَتْرُكُ فِي بَيْتِهِ شَيْئًا فِيهِ تَصَالِيبُ إِلَّا نَقَضَهُ.
The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the use of saffron by men
Anas ibn Mālik (may Allah be pleased with him) reported directly that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the use of saffron by men.
كان أحب الثياب إلى النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يلبسها الحِبَرة
عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: كَانَ أَحَبُّ الثِّيَابِ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ يَلْبَسَهَا الحِبَرَةَ.
تحلي بهذا يا بُنيَّة
عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أُمِّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ قَالَتْ: أَهْدَى النَّجَاشِيُّ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَلْقَةً فِيهَا خَاتَمُ ذَهَبٍ، فِيهِ فَصٌّ حَبَشِيٌّ، فَأَخَذَهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِعُودٍ، وَإِنَّهُ لَمُعْرِضٌ عَنْهُ، أَوْ بِبَعْضِ أَصَابِعِهِ، ثُمَّ دَعَا بِابْنَةِ ابْنَتِهِ أُمَامَةَ بِنْتِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ، فَقَالَ: «تَحَلَّيْ بِهَذَا يَا بُنَيَّةُ».
أهدى إلي النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حُلَّةً سِيَراء
عَنْ عَلِيٍّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ: أَهْدَى إِلَيَّ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حُلَّةَ سِيَرَاءَ، فَلَبِسْتُهَا، فَرَأَيْتُ الغَضَبَ فِي وَجْهِهِ فَشَقَقْتُهَا بَيْنَ نِسَائِي.

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "What is below the ankles of the lower garment is in Hellfire."
