From Morning Azkar — Hisnul Muslim
Among the protective morning azkar is Surat al-Falaq, a plea for refuge in the Lord of the daybreak from every created evil. Reciting it three times in the morning shields the believer from harm, envy, and sorcery, by Allah's leave.
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيم قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ، مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ، وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ، وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ، وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ.
Bismi Allahi Ar-Rahman Ar-Raheem qul 'a'oodhu birabbi lfalaqi، min sharri maa khalaqa، wamin sharri ghaasiqin 'iidhaa waqaba، wamin sharri lnnaffaathaati fia l'uqadi، wamin sharri haasidin 'iidhaa hasada.

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak, from the evil of what He has created, from the evil of darkness when it settles, from the evil of those who blow on knots, and from the evil of an envier when he envies. This is Surat al-Falaq, a plea for shelter from every harm.
Recite it three times in the morning as part of the morning azkar, and three times in the evening, together with al-Ikhlas and an-Nas. It is also recited before sleeping for protection.
