From Morning Azkar — Hisnul Muslim
The suras of refuge in the morning azkar conclude with Surat an-Nas, a plea for shelter from the retreating whisperer who casts doubt into hearts. Reciting it three times in the morning fortifies the heart against the whisperings of devils among jinn and mankind.
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيم قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ، مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ، إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ، مِن شَرِّ ٱلْوَسْوَاسِ ٱلْخَنَّاسِ، ٱلَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ، مِنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ.
Bismi Allahi Ar-Rahman Ar-Raheem qul 'a'oodhu birabbi lnnaasi، maliki lnnaasi، ilah lnnaasi، min sharri lwaswaasi lkhannaasi، lladhia yooaswisu fia sudoori lnnaasi، mina ljinnahi waalnnaasi.

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, the Sovereign of mankind, the God of mankind, from the evil of the retreating whisperer who whispers in the breasts of mankind, from among the jinn and mankind. This is Surat an-Nas, a refuge from the whispering of every tempter.
Recite it three times in the morning as part of the morning azkar, and three times in the evening, after al-Ikhlas and al-Falaq. It is also recited before sleeping.
