Sayyid al-Istighfar (the master of seeking forgiveness) is among the noblest of the morning azkar, joining the affirmation of Allah's lordship with acknowledgement of His favour and one's sin, and a plea for pardon. It is reported that whoever says it with certainty in the morning and dies that day enters Paradise.

اللّهـمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّـي لا إلهَ إلاّ أَنْتَ ، خَلَقْتَنـي وَأَنا عَبْـدُك ، وَأَنا عَلـى عَهْـدِكَ وَوَعْـدِكَ ما اسْتَـطَعْـت ، أَعـوذُبِكَ مِنْ شَـرِّ ما صَنَـعْت ، أَبـوءُ لَـكَ بِنِعْـمَتِـكَ عَلَـيَّ وَأَبـوءُ بِذَنْـبي فَاغْفـِرْ لي فَإِنَّـهُ لا يَغْـفِرُ الذُّنـوبَ إِلاّ أَنْتَ .
Al-llhـmma 'anta rabiـy la ilah 'ila 'anta ، khalaqtanـy wa'ana 'abـduk ، wa'ana 'alـa 'ahـdika wawa'ـdika ma staـta'ـt ، 'a'ـwdhubika min shaـri ma sanaـ't ، 'abـw'u laـka bini'ـmatiـka 'alaـyya wa'abـw'u bidhanـby faaghfـir ly fa'iinnaـhu la yaghـfiru adh-dhhunـwba 'iila 'anta .

Meaning
O Allah, You are my Lord; there is no deity but You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I hold to Your covenant and promise as much as I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil of what I have done; I acknowledge before You Your favour upon me, and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You. This is Sayyid al-Istighfar, the master of seeking forgiveness.
