From Evening Azkar — Hisnul Muslim
The evening azkar include reciting Surat al-Ikhlas three times, the chapter that equals a third of the Quran for its pure statement of Allah's oneness and its clearing of Him from any partner, offspring, or likeness. Recited in the evening with the two chapters of refuge, it suffices the believer against everything by Allah's leave.
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيم قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ، ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ، لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ، وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢ.
Bismi Allahi Ar-Rahman Ar-Raheem qul hooa lllahu 'ahadun، lllahu lssamadu، lam yalid walam yoolad، walam yakun llahuۥ kufooana 'ahadunۢ.
من قالها حين يصبح وحين يمسى كفته من كل شىء (الإخلاص والمعوذتين).

Say: He is Allah, the One. Allah, the Eternal Refuge upon whom all depend. He neither begets nor is born, and there is none comparable to Him.
Recite it three times in the evening as part of the evening azkar, usually paired with Surat al-Falaq and Surat an-Nas. It is also recommended before sleep and after obligatory prayers.
