From Evening Azkar — Hisnul Muslim
The evening azkar include this supplication in which the Muslim calls for relief upon his Lord, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer, to set right all his affairs and not to leave him to himself for even the blink of an eye. A plea through two mighty names that gather perfect life and sustaining care over all things.
يَا حَيُّ يَا قيُّومُ بِرَحْمَتِكَ أسْتَغِيثُ أصْلِحْ لِي شَأنِي كُلَّهُ وَلاَ تَكِلْنِي إلَى نَفْسِي طَـرْفَةَ عَيْنٍ.
Yaa hayu yaa qyuwmu birahmatika 'stagheethu 'slih lee sha'nee kulahu wala takilnee 'ilaa nafsee taـrfaha 'aynin.
