From Sleep Azkar — Hisnul Muslim
Part of the sleep azkar is glorifying Allah thirty-three times, within the tasbih the Prophet (peace be upon him) taught his daughter Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her). It belongs to the bedtime dhikr he described as better for a person than a servant to help them.
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ.
Subhana al-lahi.
