From Sickness & Ruqyah Azkar — Hisnul Muslim
Among the azkar for the sick and ruqyah, this magnificent prophetic supplication stands out — the Prophet, peace be upon him, used it to perform ruqyah on some of his family, wiping with his right hand while asking Allah to remove the harm and grant complete healing. It is one of the most hopeful and comprehensive healing duas.
اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ، أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ، اشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي، لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ، شِفَاءً لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمًا.
Allahumma rabban-nas, adhhibil-ba's, ishfi antash-shafi, la shifa'a illa shifa'uk, shifa'an la yughadiru saqama.
رقية النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، كان يعوِّذ بعض أهله، يمسح بيده اليمنى ويقول ذلك.
