Dua Pain in Body

From Sickness & Ruqyah Azkar — Hisnul Muslim

The azkar for the sick and ruqyah include this supplication which the Prophet, peace be upon him, taught to anyone experiencing bodily pain: placing a hand on the painful spot and seeking refuge in Allah from its harm. It is among the simplest and most frequently used ruqyah azkar at the first sign of pain.
