Our Lord, upon You we have relied, and to You we have turned back, and to You is the final destination. This is the supplication of Ibrahim (peace be upon him) and those with him, expressing complete reliance on Allah, repentance directed to Him, and the acknowledgment that all affairs return to Him alone.
It is recommended when needing to place one's reliance on Allah in a matter, when facing anxiety or hardship, and at times of turning back to Allah in repentance.
This dhikr is part of Duas from the Quran as documented in Hisnul Muslim (Fortress of the Muslim), and is recited 1 time.
