From Duas from the Quran — Hisnul Muslim
This Quranic supplication is the repentance of Adam and Hawwa (peace be upon them), one of the most comprehensive verses of acknowledging sin and seeking forgiveness in the Quran, teaching the believer the manner of sincere repentance.
رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنْفُسَنَا وَإِنْ لَمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ.
Rabbana zalamna anfusana wa in lam taghfir lana wa tarhamna lanakoonanna minal-khasireen.

Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves, and if You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers. This is the supplication of Adam and Hawwa (peace be upon them) when they turned back to Allah in repentance after their mistake in Paradise, acknowledging their fault and pleading for His forgiveness and mercy.
It is recommended when feeling shortcoming or sin, when turning back to Allah from any wrongdoing, and during prostration and after the prayers.
