From Hajj & Umrah Azkar — Hisnul Muslim
The most excellent of all hajj and umrah azkar is the dua of the Day of Arafah, described by the Prophet ﷺ as the best of all supplications — a brief statement of Allah's oneness and greatness repeated by the pilgrim standing at Arafah on the greatest day of the pilgrimage.

لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ، لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ.
La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la shareeka lah, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu wa huwa 'ala kulli shay'in qadeer.
قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: خير الدعاء دعاء يوم عرفة، وخير ما قلتُ أنا والنبيون من قبلي: لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له، له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير.
