From Hajj & Umrah Azkar — Hisnul Muslim
Hajj and umrah azkar open with the Talbiyah, the pilgrim's first declaration upon entering the state of ihram, announcing a heartfelt response to Allah's call. It is the pilgrim's slogan from the moment of ihram until the rites of the pilgrimage begin, repeated with humility as a pure statement of Allah's oneness.
لَبَّيْكَ اللَّهُمَّ لَبَّيْكَ، لَبَّيْكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ لَبَّيْكَ، إِنَّ الْحَمْدَ وَالنِّعْمَةَ لَكَ وَالْمُلْكَ، لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ.
Labbayka allahumma labbayk, labbayka la shareeka laka labbayk, innal-hamda wan-ni'mata laka wal-mulk, la shareeka lak.
تلبية النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم في الحج والعمرة، يُكثر منها المحرم من حين الإحرام.

It is said immediately after entering ihram, and the pilgrim repeats it often on the journey to Makkah, raising his voice if male, continuing until he begins tawaf around the Kaaba or, for Hajj, until stoning Jamrat al-Aqabah on the Day of Sacrifice.
