عن عمران بن حصين رضي الله عنهما وكان مبسورًا قال: سألت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن صلاة الرجل قاعدًا، فقال: «إن صلى قائمًا فهو أفضل، ومن صلى قاعدًا فله نصف أجر القائم، ومن صلى نائمًا فله نصف أجر القاعد».

Explanation
كان عمران بن حصين مريضًا بمرض البواسير، فسأل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن حكم الصلاة قاعدًا هل يجوز أم لا؟ وكأن الصلاة عن التنفل قعودًا بدلالة الإجابة، فقد أجابه عليه الصلاة والسلام أن صلاة القائم أفضل من القاعد، وأما من صلى نفلًا وهو قاعد فله نصف ثواب المصلي قائمًا، ومن صلى مضطجعًا على هيئة النائم فله نصف ثواب القاعد. وأما الفرض فقال فيه: «صل قائمًا، فإلم تستطع فقاعدًا، فإلم تستطع فعلى جنب»، رواه البخاري.
