عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِيه عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «فِي الْمَوَاضِحِ خَمْسٌ خَمْسٌ مِنْ الْإِبِلِ».

Explanation
قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: في كل جرحة في الوجه والرأس تُظهر العظم خمسةٌ من الإبل، ديةً لها، فيجب دفع خمس من الإبل في شج الإنسان غيره في رأسه أو وجهه، بجراحة تزيل اللحم من العظم وتظهره، وهذا إذا كان خطأ، فأما إذا كان عمدًا ففيه القصاص أو الدية، والخيار للمجني عليه.
