اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي خَطِيئَتِي وَجَهْلِي، وَإِسْرَافِي فِي أَمْرِي، وَمَا أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ بِهِ مِنِّي، اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي جِدِّي وَهَزْلِي، وَخَطَئِي وَعَمْدِي، وَكُلُّ ذَلِكَ عِنْدِي.

Allahummagh-fir li khatee'ati wa jahli, wa israfi fi amri, wa ma anta a'lamu bihi minni, allahummagh-fir li jiddi wa hazli, wa khata'i wa 'amdi, wa kullu dhalika 'indi.

Meaning

O Allah, forgive me my mistakes, my ignorance, and my excess in my affairs, and what You know better than I about it. O Allah, forgive me my seriousness and my jesting, my error and my intent — all of that is within me.
