عَنِ الْمُسْتَوْرِدِ بْنِ شَدَّادٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مَنْ كَانَ لَنَا عَامِلًا فَلْيَكْتَسِبْ زَوْجَةً، فَإِلَّمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ خَادِمٌ فَلْيَكْتَسِبْ خَادِمًا، فَإِلَّمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَسْكَنٌ فَلْيَكْتَسِبْ مَسْكَنًا»، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ: أُخْبِرْتُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنِ اتَّخَذَ غَيْرَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ غَالٌّ أَوْ سَارِقٌ».
من كان لنا عاملًا فليكتسب زوجةً، فإلم يكن له خادمٌ فليكتسب خادمًا، فإلم يكن له مسكنٌ فليكتسب مسكنًا

Explanation
قال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: من كان يعمل عندنا دون غيرنا، كعُمَّال الزكاة الذين يجمعونها من أصحابها، فليأخذ صَداق زوجةٍ يتزوجها، فإنه من حقه، فإذا لم يكن له خادم يخدمه ويخدم زوجته وأولاده فليتخذ خادمًا، فإذا لم يكن له بيت فليشتر بيتًا أو ليستأجر، قال أبو بكر: أخبرت أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: من أخذ غير الزوجة والخادم والمسكن فهو خائن أو سارق من المال الذي تحت يده وأخذه خفية.
Lessons
- إباحة أخذ الصداق والخادم والمسكن من بيت المال للعامل المتصرف فيه بالجمع والحفظ والتوزيع.
- الزيادة على ذلك ليست حقًّا له، بل عليه أن يأكل من أجرته أو أن يكون له مصادر أخرى للدخل.
