From Clothing Azkar — Hisnul Muslim
The clothing azkar open with this brief dua, said every time a Muslim puts on a garment, tying the everyday blessing of being clothed back to its true source: Allah's provision alone. It is one of the shortest yet most frequently repeated remembrances in a Muslim's day, said with nearly every act of dressing.
الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي كَسَانِي هَذَا الثَّوْبَ وَرَزَقَنِيهِ مِنْ غَيْرِ حَوْلٍ مِنِّي وَلَا قُوَّةٍ.
Alhamdu lillahil-ladhi kasani hadhath-thawba wa razaqaneehi min ghayri hawlin minni wa la quwwah.
من لبس ثوبًا فقال ذلك، غُفر له ما تقدم من ذنبه.

All praise is due to Allah, who has clothed me with this garment and provided it for me, without any power or strength of my own. This short dua acknowledges that even something as ordinary as covering oneself with clothes is, in the end, a provision from Allah, not a mere product of one's own effort.
It is said upon putting on any garment, whether everyday clothing or otherwise, right after finishing dressing, as an acknowledgment of Allah's blessing of covering and provision.
