After the call to prayer ends, the Muslim sends blessings and peace upon the Prophet Muhammad, then supplicates: 'O Allah, Lord of this perfect call and of the prayer soon to be established, grant Muhammad the Wasilah and the favor, and raise him to the praised station You have promised him — indeed You do not break Your promise.' It combines praise of Allah, blessings on the Prophet, and a request for his highest rank in one comprehensive supplication.
When to recite
It is said immediately after the muezzin finishes the call, not during the adhan itself.
