From After Prayer Azkar — Hisnul Muslim

The azkar after prayer include reciting the protective surahs: al-Ikhlas, al-Falaq, and an-Nas. They are recited after every obligatory prayer, and three times each after Fajr and Maghrib, for the protection and refuge they bring in the Lord of all things.

بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيم قُلْ هُوَ ٱللَّهُ أَحَدٌ، ٱللَّهُ ٱلصَّمَدُ، لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ، وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢ. بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيم قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلْفَلَقِ، مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ، وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ، وَمِن شَرِّ ٱلنَّفَّٰثَٰتِ فِى ٱلْعُقَدِ، وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ. بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيم قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ، مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ، إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ، مِن شَرِّ ٱلْوَسْوَاسِ ٱلْخَنَّاسِ، ٱلَّذِى يُوَسْوِسُ فِى صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ، مِنَ ٱلْجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ.

Bismi Allahi Ar-Rahman Ar-Raheem qul hooa lllahu 'ahadun، lllahu lssamadu، lam yalid walam yoolad، walam yakun llahuۥ kufooana 'ahadunۢ. Bismi Allahi Ar-Rahman Ar-Raheem qul 'a'oodhu birabbi lfalaqi، min sharri maa khalaqa، wamin sharri ghaasiqin 'iidhaa waqaba، wamin sharri lnnaffaathaati fia l'uqadi، wamin sharri haasidin 'iidhaa hasada. Bismi Allahi Ar-Rahman Ar-Raheem qul 'a'oodhu birabbi lnnaasi، maliki lnnaasi، ilah lnnaasi، min sharri lwaswaasi lkhannaasi، lladhia yooaswisu fia sudoori lnnaasi، mina ljinnahi waalnnaasi.

Meaning

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Say: He is Allah, One; Allah, the Eternal Refuge; He neither begets nor is born, and there is none comparable to Him. Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of daybreak, from the evil of what He created, from the evil of darkness when it settles, from the evil of the blowers upon knots, and from the evil of an envier when he envies. Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind, the King of mankind, the God of mankind, from the evil of the retreating whisperer who whispers into the breasts of mankind, from among the jinn and mankind.

Recite the three protective surahs once after every obligatory prayer, and three times each after the Fajr and Maghrib prayers.
