From After Prayer Azkar — Hisnul Muslim
The azkar after prayer open with saying istighfar three times, then "O Allah, You are Peace and from You comes peace." It is the very first remembrance the worshipper makes after salah, acknowledging shortcomings in worship and turning at once to seek forgiveness and peace from Allah.
أَسْـتَغْفِرُ الله، أَسْـتَغْفِرُ الله، أَسْـتَغْفِرُ الله. اللّهُـمَّ أَنْـتَ السَّلامُ ، وَمِـنْكَ السَّلام ، تَبارَكْتَ يا ذا الجَـلالِ وَالإِكْـرام .
'asـtaghfiru al-lh، 'asـtaghfiru al-lh، 'asـtaghfiru al-lh. Al-llhuـmma 'anـta as-ssalamu ، wamiـnka as-ssalam ، tabarakta ya dha al-jaـlal-i waal'iikـram .

Say it immediately after the closing salam of every obligatory prayer: seek forgiveness three times, then say the remembrance once before continuing with the rest of the post-prayer azkar.
