From After Prayer Azkar — Hisnul Muslim
The azkar after prayer include this remembrance which was said after every prescribed prayer, following the declaration of oneness. It is narrated in al-Bukhari and Muslim, and in it is the affirmation that all giving and withholding rest in Allah's hand alone.
اللَّهُمَّ لَا مَانِعَ لِمَا أَعْطَيْتَ، وَلَا مُعْطِيَ لِمَا مَنَعْتَ، وَلَا يَنْفَعُ ذَا الْجَدِّ مِنْكَ الْجَدُّ.
Allahumma la mani'a lima a'tayt, wa la mu'tiya lima mana't, wa la yanfa'u dhal-jaddi minkal-jadd.
كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم يقولها دبر كل صلاة مكتوبة بعد: لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له.
