From Tasbeeh — Hisnul Muslim

سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ ، وَالْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ ، وَلا إِلَهَ إِلا اللَّهُ ، وَاللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ ، اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِي ، اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْنِي ، اللَّهُمَّ ارْزُقْنِي.
Subhana Allah ، waalhamdu lillahi ، wala ilah 'iila Allah ، waalllahu 'akbaru ، Allahumma ghfir lee ، Allahumma rhamnee ، Allahumma rzuqnee.

Glory be to Allah, all praise is due to Allah, there is no deity but Allah, and Allah is the Greatest; O Allah, forgive me, O Allah, have mercy on me, O Allah, provide for me — joining glorification, praise, tawheed, and takbeer with supplications for forgiveness, mercy, and provision.
Repeat it in the morning and evening and after the prayers, one hundred times as shown here, and whenever the servant needs to combine remembrance of Allah with asking of Him. It gathers both praise and supplication.
