The Ibrahimic salah is among the most complete forms of sending prayers upon the Prophet (peace be upon him) within the dhikr of glorification, and is the form he taught his companions. It is reported that with each utterance, sins are removed, ranks are raised, and Allah sends His prayers upon the one who says it.

اللَّهُمَّ صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا صَلَّيْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ ، اللَّهُمَّ بَارِكْ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَعَلَى آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ كَمَا بَارَكْتَ عَلَى إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَعَلَى آلِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ إِنَّكَ حَمِيدٌ مَجِيدٌ.

Allahumma salli 'alaa Muhammad wa'alaa 'ali Muhammad kamaa sallayta 'alaa 'iibraaheema , wa'alaa 'ali 'iibraaheema 'iinnaka hameedun majeedun , Allahumma baarik 'alaa Muhammad wa'alaa 'ali Muhammad kamaa baarakta 'alaa 'iibraaheema wa'alaa 'ali 'iibraaheema 'iinnaka hameedun majeedun.

في كل مره تحط عنه عشر خطايا ويرفع له عشر درجات ويصلي الله عليه عشرا وتعرض على الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم (أى عدد).

Meaning

O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You sent prayers upon Ibrahim and the family of Ibrahim; indeed You are Praiseworthy, Glorious. O Allah, bless Muhammad and the family of Muhammad as You blessed Ibrahim and his family; indeed You are Praiseworthy, Glorious. This is the fullest, taught form of salah upon the Prophet.

When to recite

It is recommended to say it abundantly in the final tashahhud of the prayer, in the morning and evening, on Fridays, and one hundred times as shown here. It is the most complete way to send prayers upon the Prophet (peace be upon him).
