From Rain & Wind Azkar — Hisnul Muslim
Rain and wind azkar include this supplication that the Prophet, peace be upon him, would say whenever the wind blew fiercely, since wind may carry good or may carry harm. The believer turns to Allah asking for its good and seeking refuge from its evil, reflecting the Prophet's humble attentiveness to the signs of creation.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا وَخَيْرَ مَا فِيهَا وَخَيْرَ مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا وَشَرِّ مَا فِيهَا وَشَرِّ مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ.
Allahumma inni as'aluka khayraha wa khayra ma feeha wa khayra ma ursilat bih, wa a'oodhu bika min sharriha wa sharri ma feeha wa sharri ma ursilat bih.
كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا عصفت الريح قال ذلك.
