Ruling of Enjoining Good and Forbidding Evil

Whoever of you sees something evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able, then with his tongue; and if he is not able, then with his heart, and that is the weakest of faith
Abu Sa‘īd al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: I heard the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever of you sees something evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able, then with his tongue; and if he is not able, then with his heart, and that is the weakest of faith."
When people see an oppressor but do not stop him, Allah will soon overwhelm them with a punishment from Him
Abu Bakr as-Siddīq (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: O people, you recite this verse: {O you who believe, take care of your own selves. Those who have gone astray will not harm you as long as you are guided.} Indeed, I heard the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) say: "When people see an oppressor but do not stop him, Allah will soon overwhelm them with a punishment from Him."
By the One in Whose Hand my soul is! Either you command good and forbid evil, or Allah will soon send upon you a punishment from Him, then you will pray to Him but He will not respond to you
Hudhayfah ibn al-Yamān (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "By the One in Whose Hand my soul is! Either you command good and forbid evil, or Allah will soon send upon you a punishment from Him, then you will pray to Him but He will not respond to you."
تبسمك في وجه أخيك لك صدقة
عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «تَبَسُّمُكَ فِي وَجْهِ أَخِيكَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ، وَأَمْرُكَ بِالمَعْرُوفِ وَنَهْيُكَ عَنِ الْمُنْكَرِ صَدَقَةٌ، وَإِرْشَادُكَ الرَّجُلَ فِي أَرْضِ الضَّلاَلِ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ، وَبَصَرُكَ لِلرَّجُلِ الرَّدِيءِ البَصَرِ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ، وَإِمَاطَتُكَ الحَجَرَ وَالشَّوْكَةَ وَالعَظْمَ عَنِ الطَّرِيقِ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ، وَإِفْرَاغُكَ مِنْ دَلْوِكَ فِي دَلْوِ أَخِيكَ لَكَ صَدَقَةٌ».
Let not the fear of people prevent any man among you from speaking the truth when he sees it or knows it
