An-Nu‘mān ibn Bashīr (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The least tortured among the dwellers of Hellfire is a person who has two shoes and two shoelaces made of fire that will cause his brain to boil as a boiling cauldron. He thinks that none is more severely tortured than him, although he is the least tortured among them."

Explanation
The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) informed that the least tortured person among the dwellers of Hellfire on the Day of Judgment is the one who has two shoes and two shoelaces that cause his brain to boil, as a copper pot boils, because of their heat. He believes that none is more severely tortured than him, although he is the least tortured among them, and this makes him psychologically tortured besides being physically tortured.
